Respect & Coordination: Teachers and students must always remain respectful, kind, and cooperative with one another.
Support & Assistance: For any concerns, requests, or questions, you can contact our admin team anytime via email.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance, at least one day before your scheduled class.
Payment Policy: Class payments are required to be settled before your scheduled classes start.
Privacy & Safety: Live meeting classes and recordings are strictly prohibited from being shared or posted online to protect the privacy and safety of both students and teachers.
Attire & Safety: Please wear comfortable clothes and proper dance shoes appropriate for your genre to prevent accidents or slips.
